**What's the role ?**
Lead a team responsible for creating the designs to bring new features and processes to market, working closely with our development team
- Evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind our company's brand and brand guidelines.
- Continually improve the processes and costs of delivery.
- Ensure delivery of all assigned projects in-market.
- Be accountable for a range of project delivery and support services.
- Work with central and regional marketing teams to deliver on campaigns and achieve company goals.
- Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities
- Meet with internal clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets.
- Optimise our marketing channels' conversion paths and rates overall.
- Reporting on the status of key projects, team workloads, tactical improvements, and blockages affecting operations.
- Providing timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Holding regular production meetings and status updates.
- Analysing campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience.

**How will you be measured**:
- Delivery of projects on time
- Deliver on campaign designs and implementation of best practices based on test results.
- Effective Team Management in terms of the team achieving KPIs
- Effective guidance and support to regional marketers and the Marketing Content team
**What we are looking for**
- 5 years of digital design and coding in a customer-centered environment
- Experience managing a design team
- HTML, CSS and JQuery/Javascript coding skills
- Experience with Github and Jira, Bootstrap and Sass is desirable
- Adept use of design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin)
- Understanding of UI design, and how to leverage research and testing to inform decisions
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
