• BA experience (requirement elicitation, gap analysis, requirement prioritization) - minimum 8 years
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proven presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements.
• Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box, make improvements, and suggest changes.
• Process modeling experience, preferably in Signavio.
• Understanding of billing and collection operation processes (highly desirable).
