The MCS manages existing clients and acquires new ones, collaborating with senior management to develop sector plans and oversee client relationships within the assigned scope.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and deliver proactive proposals aligned with sector strategy.Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.Manage risks and issues, ensuring robust delivery governance.Set and manage client expectations to ensure high satisfaction.Skills / Competencies:Essential:Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred:Strong sales, relationship, and account management experience.Proven ability to engage with C-level client contacts.Extensive business development and project management background.Deep IT services experience, including global delivery models.Ability to leverage industry insights to meet client needs.Understanding of business challenges with thought leadership in mining technology.Experience in proposal creation and presentation leadership.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Knowledge of IT and business consulting engagements.Commercial acumen regarding contracts, MSAs, and pricing models.Strong negotiation skills.Additional Skills:Excellent client interfacing abilities.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Hear from our recruiter about working at InfosysIf you require accommodations during the recruitment process due to disability, illness, or injury, contact our Recruitment team at Infosys_ta@infosys.com or call 1-866-472-0935.
