Outhaus is a Brisbane-based modular building company designing and building studios and micro homes off-site.
As we ramp up production and sales, we're looking to bring a few good people into the team across construction, delivery, and growth.
We're currently hiring for:
Qualified Carpenters
* Off-site modular construction
* Framing, fit-out, and finishing
* Working to clear drawings and repeatable systems
* Pride in accuracy and build quality
Project Manager / Site Supervisor
* Managing build sequencing and delivery
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and timelines
* Quality control and progress tracking
* Practical, hands-on approach
Sales & Digital Marketing (Hybrid Role)
* Handling inbound enquiries and early-stage sales conversations
* Managing and improving digital channels (website, SEO, paid ads, socials)
* Helping shape go-to-market messaging and lead flow
* Working closely with the director to build a repeatable sales engine
This role suits someone who's comfortable wearing a few hats early on — part sales, part marketing, part commercial execution.
