Electrical Engineer
JD Ross Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for various projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in areas such as power systems, electrical design, and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing the solution design and operational execution of solar and energy storage projects from concept to commissioning.
* Provide strategic guidance to the Engineering Manager and key stakeholders in solar and BESS engineering solutions.
* Lead end-to-end engineering and design of PV, BESS, and Embedded Network projects.
* Project management and optimizing project delivery.
* Develop and review engineering documentation, specifications, and quality standards throughout delivery.
* Mentor and support junior engineers.
* Oversee strategic business development initiatives, including partnerships with OEMs and technology providers.
* Must have REPQ license.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
