We're expanding and looking for Pastry Chefs and Bakers of all levels to join our growing team
We have full-time, and casual opportunities available across our locations in Clovelly, Alexandria, and Marrickville.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work with our experienced Pastry and Bakery team to create the beautiful pastries Tuga is famous for, including:
* Mixing, laminating, and proofing dough
* Preparing custards, sauces, and fillings
* Baking and decorating pastries to perfection
* Supporting service for both bakery and cafe operations
* Maintaining food safety and HACCP standards
* Bringing care, creativity, and precision to everything you do
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar pastry or baking role
* Relevant pastry/baking qualification (Certificate III or higher)
* A great eye for detail and a commitment to quality
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Flexibility with early starts and weekend shifts
