Join the Oncology Clinical Trials & Research Unit and play a pivotal role in advancing innovative cancer care across the New England North West region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high‐impact, grant‐funded project focused on expanding and improving access to clinical trials through decentralised delivery models.

About The Role

As a Project Officer, you will lead and support the delivery of a 12‐month Cancer Institute NSW Fellowship project focused on enhancing clinical trial accessibility across a diverse and geographically dispersed region. You'll be responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through to completion – working closely with clinicians, researchers, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple sites and services
* Develop and maintain high‐quality project documentation and reporting
* Support ethics and governance submissions and compliance requirements
* Analyse data and contribute to evidence‐based decision making
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

About You

You are a proactive and organised professional with a passion for healthcare and research. You thrive in complex environments and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
