About This Role
The Verification and Validation Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of material systems delivered by our programs. This involves managing a team of engineers, technicians, and logistics staff in the Adelaide region, overseeing the verification and validation of various systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of engineering, technical, and logistics staff in the verification and validation process.
* Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders according to organisational practices, methods, and standards.
* Develop and implement plans for complex system integration and technical regulatory requirements.
Required Attributes and Experience
We are seeking candidates with substantial track records of successful project management, complex system integration, and technical regulatory requirements. Additionally, we require demonstrated focus on timely resolution, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as sound commercial and business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of the Defence Industry sector in Australia.
