SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
Previous reception or front of house experience
Knowledge of WHS and responsibilities
Great people and communication skills with an eye for detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service and enhance guest experience
Opening/closing of facilities
Front desk admin, including use of PMS system, guest check in’s and check outs
Manage bookings, phone enquiries and guest emails
Provide guests with local recommendations, tours and activities
Daily cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas including fire pit, reception, office, laundry, outdoor spaces
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hotel
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness with attention to detail
Restock cleaning products and linen daily
Report any maintenance issues to Hotel Manager
Follow all work health and safety procedures
Responding to safety and security issues
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude towards guests and team
Perform any other duties as assigned by Hotel Manager or General Manager
