**Job Title:** Functional Oracle Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Functional Oracle Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our internal Oracle team, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing enhancements to our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across HCM, with a proven track record of configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
* Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
* Lead or contribute to end-to-end implementations and enhancements
* Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), training, change management, and go-live
**Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Functional Oracle Consultant, ideally within Fusion HCM
* Strong understanding of HCM processes and system configuration
* Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments (preferred)
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
