Position
Retail Award Level 4, casual position at our North Hobart Op Shop.
Location: Hobart North, TAS 7000.
Closing date: May 18 2026.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate volunteers and daily operations of the Op Shop.
* Work weekends and public holidays as required.
* Create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops; bring creative flair.
* Manage cash handling, register operations and closing procedures.
* Supervise a team and work independently.
* Manage stock and space to achieve sales targets.
* Deliver positive customer experiences and celebrate Uniting's culture.
Qualifications
* Passion for fashion and charity retail.
* Flair for visual merchandising.
* Experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures.
* Confidence supervising a team and working independently.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays, often on short notice.

* $28.12 per hour plus casual loading, super, and weekend penalty rates (where applicable).
