ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our valued client is an integral part of the community across the northern suburbs of Melbourne, supporting adults with disabilities for over 60 years in a caring, compassionate, and high-quality manner.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the COO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team providing strategic leadership across the business operations, with oversight of financial management, Information Technology, NDIS planning & billing functions, property & fleet management, and risk management.

KEY DUTIES
* Financial stewardship & sustainable resource management
* Information and Technology Leadership
* NDIS planning and service oversight
* Asset and infrastructure management.
* Organisational safety, integrity, and risk leadership.
* Operational excellence and performance leadership.
* Strategic change leadership & innovation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Must have significant operational leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong understanding of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and sector challenges.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
* Strong financial and resource management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience leading large, diverse teams in a complex environment.
