We are currently seeking a WHS Administrator to join our Workplace Health and Safety Team.
Reporting to the Senior Health and Safety Advisor, the WHS Administrator is responsible for supporting and executing the day-to-day administrative requirements for the WHS department at Swickers Kingaroy Bacon Factory. This role assists to implement administration initiates and document control within the WHS function. It is essential that the successful applicant creates a professional customer service environment that is aligned to our core values.
* Coordinate Health and Safety inspections/audits within departments.
* Assist with maintaining and continually developing the company's Health and Safety software system (Viking);
* Coordinating the Swickers health and safety committee meetings;
* Taking meeting minutes where required;
* Promote health and safety culture onsite to all management teams and staff;
* Record Hazard and Near Miss reports on the Safety Management System;
* Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, environment and welfare of our people and animals;
* Administrative support to incident investigations, hazard identification & safety system in general;
* Document control Safety Management Systems;
* Oversee the day to day management of the Swickers Chemical Register;
* Oversee who's on location/ Transferring Viking Audit system;
* Upkeep of MYOSH Viking including data base management;
* Assist with bookings for new injury treatments for third party providers and arrange reporting requirements;
* Other safety and compliance related administrative tasks;

* Energetic customer orientated professional that demonstrates strong organisational skills and liaise with the WHS Senior Advisor regarding all administration functions within the WHS team.
* Excellent Document control and filing.

* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Embraces a changing and busy environment.
* Experience in MS Office suite.
* Experience in a similar, customer facing role in an FMCG company desirable.
* Can maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Hours of work will be approximately Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4:00pm.
