Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across desktops, laptops, servers, NAS, and peripherals.
* Provide comprehensive support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise applications.
* Administer Windows Servers, Dell Servers, RAID, and MS SQL systems.
Problem Solving & Innovation:
* Prioritize and efficiently resolve tickets, identifying root causes and patterns.
* Conduct thorough root cause analysis and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
Security & Compliance:
* Ensure the implementation and enforcement of robust security protocols and data protection practices.
* Respond promptly to potential threats and ensure secure configurations and backups.
