The Early Learning Manageris responsible forensuring the Carlton North service delivers a high-quality educational program thatis responsive tochildren,familiesand the local community. Working closely with the Assistant Manager and Educational Leaders,theywill lead,coachand develop their team of educators and teachers and nurture a positive work environment, ensure a safe andnurturingenvironment for children and staff, and ensuresthe service isefficient,effectiveandsustainable.They will join a group of experienced and dedicated Early Learning Managers across our 9 services, contributing to the continuous growth of the organisation.
