Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive our real estate business forward. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for delivering strong sales results, building lasting relationships with clients and the local community, and driving the success of our business through leadership, strategic planning, and local market expertise.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, particularly in rural broadacre sectors.
* Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
* Manage performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
* Oversee online property listings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities, especially in broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
* Represent us in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives such as field days and rural expos.
About You
* Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a background in rural property or team leadership.
* Strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations.
* Holds a Real Estate License and a current Driver's Licence.
* Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example.
* Demonstrates values through accountability, trust, customer focus, and results-driven leadership.
