Site Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management of production data and employee hours.
* Regularly update the Data System with Underground Contract Items, Mining Plans, Distances, and Locations to maintain accurate data management.
* Manage high volumes of flights and accommodation bookings for personnel, visitors, and contractors while maintaining detailed records across multiple systems.
* Maintain accurate rosters for personnel movements, including conditional formatting and upkeep of Excel documents.
* Assist the Project Manager with recruitment requirements, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth onboarding processes.
* Data manage personnel employment conditions within Success Factors, including promotions, rate changes, roster changes, and ensure completion within required deadlines.
* Create and submit approved payroll, including leave forms, cash out, ad-hoc related tasks, ensuring correct data management and deadlines are achieved.
* Generate and manage purchase requisitions, receipting of invoices, ensuring correct information and rates are recorded.
* Liaise with other departments to deliver on deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality of information and records.
* Perform detailed data management and filing.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a FIFO Mining environment (UG mining preferred).
* Relevant experience in a similar administrative role or Data Processing.
* Excellent technical skills in various systems.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management.
* Capacity to analyze, resolve problems, and make decisions in a logical and effective manner.
* Excellent organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in SAP, Success Factors, and INX is advantageous.
* Must have physical and mental ability to withstand long hours in a strenuous and potentially high-hazard work environment.
* Successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical and obtain National Police Clearance.
* Current C class Manual license.
* MS Office knowledge, Proficient in Excel and MS Word should be intermediate to advanced.
* Ability to work autonomously.
