Apparel Department Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apparel Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading your department team to deliver exceptional customer service, creating great in-store experiences, maintaining merchandising & visual standards, and driving financial results.
You will lead by example, setting the standard for how to achieve sales and key performance metrics, coaching and developing your department team to succeed. You will model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time, and actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years leadership experience within retail or a similar industry, a positive attitude, with the capacity to create a motivating environment for their team, and excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
