Role Description

We are seeking a talented Project/Design Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Mermaid Beach, Queensland. The successful candidate will manage and design a variety of architectural projects, prepare and coordinate detailed designs and documentation, and oversee projects from concept through construction. The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver solutions that align with our commitment to creativity and enduring design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and oversee construction documentation and coordination.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local building codes, and planning regulations in Australia.
• Excellent problem-solving ability combined with creativity and innovation in architectural design.
• Effective teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• A degree in Architecture, along with professional registration or eligibility to be registered in Australia.
• Experience in residential, mixed‐use, or urban design projects is highly valued.
