Salesforce Service Cloud Developer Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to lead our technical strategy for our Salesforce platforms.
The Role You Could Play
* You will design, implement and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring the highest level of system performance and user experience.
As the Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for delivering projects, enhancements and maintaining the health and stability of our Salesforce platforms. You will also provide Level 3 and Level 4 support to the business, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management.
* Manage Level 3/4 support, ensuring system stability, performance and adherence to security, compliance and patching standards.
* Oversee the development of customizations (Apex, Lightning, automation flows), third-party integrations and data integrity.
* Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices, innovation and continuous learning.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Drive the Salesforce technical roadmap, risk management, vendor evaluation and system scalability planning.
* Maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences including external partners and vendors.
Our ideal candidate has:
* A seasoned Salesforce professional with a strong background in Service Cloud solution architecture and cross-functional leadership.
* Technical depth across Salesforce products, hands-on development expertise and a proven ability to deliver scalable integrated solutions that meet evolving business needs.
What We Are Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development administration and solution architecture.
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Case Management Omni-Channel etc.
* Strong skills in Apex Flows Lightning Components Lightning Web Components SOQL SOSL OmniStudio and automation tools.
* Experience with complex integrations using APIs MuleSoft and data migration tools.
* Demonstrated ability to produce solution designs and technical documentation.
* Excellent stakeholder and team leadership capabilities including mentoring and project delivery.
* Exposure to Amazon Connect Einstein Bots Field Service and third-party AppExchange integrations.
* Experience with CI CD test automation and performance/load testing tools.
