Bib & Tucker is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team and be part of something special on the beach. We are an established venue with proven success utilising the best seafood and produce available in Western Australia. Using wood as our main cooking method, our menus are unique and original, changing seasonally with sustainability and minimal waste in mind.
We are looking for a chef that can assists our Head Chef to run a tight knit operation, assisting with menu writing, and passing on the passion and knowledge to the team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, professional venue with strong systems in place, and be a part of a team who cares about what they do.

A minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified chef in a busy or quality establishment is required, and a keen interest to learn from proven success.
