Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to drive revenue growth for our organization. This role involves providing exceptional account management, ensuring seamless enablement of our solutions and value propositions, and fostering a collaborative environment between our teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture long-term relationships with MSP partners to drive business development and revenue growth.
* Develop and execute customized partner enablement plans to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver sales and service excellence.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our partner ecosystem.
* Embed our solutions within standard managed service offerings of partner providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A proven track record of launching and building successful MSP partnerships in the Microsoft/Cloud Software ecosystem.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
* Experience working with technical product training/knowledge transfer, with the ability to embed our solutions within partner offerings.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
