About the Opportunity A national retail property group is seeking an experienced Senior Centre Manager to act as a Portfolio Lead across a group of Shopping Centres in NSW.
This is a leadership role with strong management and financial responsibilities, reporting into senior leadership.
Summary of Key Responsibilities Liaise and report to the National Manager on portfolio management, capital improvement recommendations, tenancy mix & any matter relating to overall performance of the portfolio Generate weekly/monthly reports to management on projects/workload Provide exceptional customer focus towards both prospective and existing owners &tenants Liaise with solicitors Provide guidance and strong leadership to your team of direct reports, including Property Managers, Admin & Facility Managers What You'll Bring Experience in retail property management or shopping centre management Exposure to large-format retail or bulky goods assets is highly regarded, but not essential Strong understanding of lease structures, budgeting, and compliance Excellent people management and leadership skills A current Certificate of Registration Why Apply?
