About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, this senior leadership position is responsible for organisational operations, NDIS compliance, and performance oversight. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting strategic growth and acting in the CEO's capacity when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation
* Oversee service delivery, compliance, and quality systems
* Act as secondary NDIS Responsible Person
* Lead risk management, audits, incident and complaints processes
* Drive continuous improvement and best practice service models
* Monitor organisational performance and reporting to the CEO
* Support staff recruitment, retention, and workforce capability
* Identify and develop growth opportunities and partnerships
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role
* Strong understanding of the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework
* Experience in compliance, risk management, and quality systems
* Demonstrated ability to lead organisational performance and change
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A commitment to person-centred, inclusive service delivery

Selection Criteria
* Senior Leadership Experience - Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role with responsibility for organisational operations and performance.
* NDIS Compliance Expertise - Strong knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, including compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
* Operational & Strategic Capability - Demonstrated ability to lead day-to-day operations while contributing to and delivering on strategic objectives.
* Risk, Quality & Continuous Improvement - Experience managing risk, compliance, and quality systems, including incident and complaints processes and continuous improvement.
* People Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage staff, partners, and regulators effectively.
