Job Role Overview
A Front Office All Rounder is a dynamic role that influences the first impressions of our Guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including welcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals.

o Fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals using hotel systems
o Completing the check-out process for departing guests using hotel systems
o Providing support in concierge, managing guest's luggage and showing guests to their rooms
o Managing effectively and efficiently guest requests
o Maximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs
About You
We are looking for a calm, efficient and organized individual with great attention to detail. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are essential for this role. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest is also required. Computer literate and able to navigate through company systems is necessary.
