Job Opportunity:
The Facilities and Property Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management of leased properties across various locations. This involves interacting with key stakeholders, including business leaders, property owners/agents, and maintenance suppliers.
* Lease portfolio management includes forward planning and execution of new properties and facilities.
* Ensure that facilities maintenance activities adhere to lease obligations, statutory requirements, and safety/environmental legislative regulations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Manage building services and maintenance across respective facilities, including routine maintenance as per asset register, statutory regulations, and lease obligations.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, maintenance arrangements, and asset registers.
* Oversee 'soft services' such as cleaning, catering, waste, and recycling management, landscaping, and pest control, including contractor management, reporting, and service performance monitoring, electrical safety, testing, and tagging.
* Supervise projects including capital works, fit-out, and refurbishments.
* Oversee applicable contractors and external consultants.
