Base pay range

A$70,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

The Company:

Independent Adviser with established client portfolio of HNW clients. Excellent back office support and long standing offshore team members. The Adviser is collaborative and supportive of his team. Based in the heart of Wollongong, close to all public transport.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Part-Time Client Service Manager. Working closely with the Director and Senior Adviser across a broad client portfolio. You will be responsible for managing client administration, reporting and implementation working as a conduit between the offshore team and the Adviser. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, whilst always putting the clients' needs first is imperative.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Liaising with clients and coordinating meetings
* Manage outsource team - ROA's, SOA's and Compliance.
* Produce Annual Review reports
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and grammar
* Accuracy when completing tasks
* Portfolio implementation – paperwork to third parties, managing external parties and ensuring service delivery
* Provide updates to Partner on service and client work in progress
* Prepare FDS's and reporting for Opt-in requirements.
* Manage workflow and annual review processes

About You:

* Prior use of XPLAN and Microsoft suite of products.
* A solid understanding of the financial services industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks efficiently and be a team player.
* Strong attention to detail.
