With several major new project opportunities, we're expanding and seeking a hands‐on Operations Manager to lead from the field across traffic management and labour hire to join our existing team operations team.
About the Role
A boots‐on‐the‐ground role building client relationships, co‐ordinating and deploying site crews and fleet.You'll oversee daily operations, co‐ordinate resources, maintain compliance, and build strong site relationships — keeping jobs safe, efficient, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support field crews across traffic and labour sites.
* Manage daily schedules and ensure safe, on‐time delivery.
* Liaise with clients, councils, and internal teams on permits and site needs.
* Maintain SWMS, incidents, and compliance documentation.
* Strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in construction, traffic, or labour hire operations.
* Strong field leadership and confident client communication.
* Knowledge of traffic permits, TMPs, and safety standards.
* Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and builder portals.
* Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
