**Overview**
The Administration Manager is accountable to the Senior Manager, Community and Statewide Services. The position is responsible for the provision and effective operations of administration supports and human resource management within Rural and Remote Mental Health Service (RRMHS) and Barossa Hills Fleurieu Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs). The position is required to monitor administration activities, manage and develop administration staff within the Service and participates in strategic planning and development.
The Administration Manager will work within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network's (LHN's) philosophy, overall objectives and policies.
