Job Description
- Lead development and implementation of long‑term asset management frameworks
- Drive maturity uplift and cultural change across engineering and operations
- Oversee asset data integrity, valuations, condition ratings, and lifecycle planning
- Manage TechOne (EAM/SAM) utilisation, reporting, standards, and scenario modelling
- Support delivery and integration of capital works and renewal programs
- Champion asset management best practice and build stakeholder capability
- Coordinate cross‑functional asset planning and governance forums
- Provide specialist advice to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Lead a small team (Asset / Fleet / Systems support)
- Oversee fleet planning and policy as a secondary function
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Asset Coordinator Should Have
- Proven experience in strategic asset management, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, or government
- Strong capability in asset planning, lifecycle modelling, valuations and condition assessments
- Demonstrated experience using TechOne (EAM/SAM) or similar asset management systems
- Experience driving asset maturity uplift / organisational change
- Ability to influence and collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to translate insights into planning outcomes
- Experience leading or coaching small technical teams
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical information to non‑technical audiences
- Knowledge of relevant standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Understanding of fleet and plant management (desirable, not essential)
