Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Operations Program Liaison to support our platform management and content management services.
1. Provide feedback on material acquisitions, records management of program documents, and track document deadlines as required by milestone reviews.
2. Assist the U.S. program team in preparing, reviewing, and revising documentation associated with the platform.
3. Coordinate the feedback and any findings from local program team related to the platform performance for adjudication to the U.S. program team.
4. Coordinate with the U.S. and AUS management team for all building access, logistical support needed for installations and training events.
5. Responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and providing expert technical advice in the management of the platform.
6. Coordinate with the onsite facility staff and U.S. program team for the integration of upcoming software release, local facility scheduled maintenance, and other platform downtime events.
7. Coordinate technical or logistical support in support of onsite platform training events.
8. Monitor and report the physical security of the platform and report any issues immediately to the U.S program team.
9. Provide expertise in testing to facilitate coordination and evaluation of operational data to optimize performance of the platform.
10. Report the health of applications within the platform to the U.S program operations team.
11. Maintain a high-level calendar to track and display upcoming program reviews and milestone decisions associated with the platform.
12. Assist U.S. program team in development of briefings and presentations at various levels, articulate program vision, and mission.
13. Assist the U.S. program team in preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation and independent cost estimates.
14. Assist the U.S. program team in the development of Operations Standard Operating Procedures and documentation related to the operations of the platform.
15. Assist the U.S. program team in establishing and managing external stakeholder relationships and connections to the program team.
16. Coordinate with the on-site team for the physical transfer of training content to and from on-site systems.
17. Coordinate visitors' requests required to deliver or update the platform.
18. Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise for assigned projects.
19. Demonstrate strong oral communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering briefings and updates to senior stakeholders.
20. Develop and present clear, professional PowerPoint presentations as part of program communications.
21. Apply strategic thinking and foundational project management experience to support platform objectives.
22. Assist local personnel as a Subject Matter Expert on tasks such as Local Trusted Agents, Portal Organization Administration, Jira Service Desk (JSD) Agent tasks, and Metabase user roles and deliverables.
23. Assist PMO, ISSEs and ISSOs with Cybersecurity by maintaining knowledge of changes to DoD cybersecurity testing practices, standards, Army Regulations, and cybersecurity T&E policy.
24. Provide Tier 3 and 4 support as needed and assist with Tier 1-2 when required.
