Job Description Part-time (0.6 FTE, Mon, Wed & Thurs 9–5) | Ongoing Based at oyr Narre Warren Office on the lands of the Wurundjeri & Boon Wurrung Peoples $32.96 per hour Super Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) As the Administration Officer/Receptionist/Site Liaison, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors at our Narre Warren site. You’ll ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient reception and administration service, supporting a range of programs across Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Services. Key responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service, greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, managing appointments, and responding to enquiries promptly and courteously. Preparing and maintaining reception and consultation rooms, supporting meetings and events (including minute-taking, room bookings, and catering). Handling petty cash, mail, and deliveries, and assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as required. Supporting other internal programs and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality, safety, and risk standards in all aspects of your work. Completing all mandatory training and being flexible with work hours as needed. Performing other duties as requested by the Senior Administration Officer or Site Manager.
