The position we are offering is a maternity leave role 3 days per week 24.5 hours

Your Essential Requirements And Key Responsibilities
* To be considered for this position, you must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
* You must have a strong commitment to child safety – a zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and a commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm to all children.
* Experience programming and planning for children, including assessing needs, setting objectives, fostering engagement, designing, implementing, and evaluating intentional and spontaneous experiences which assist children to meet goals.
* You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
* Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high‐quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play‐based learning.
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
