ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire Arts staff across Visual and Digital Arts, Drama, Dance and Music.Shape and implement a cohesive vision for the Arts in the Junior School.Drive curriculum innovation and ensure high-quality teaching and learning.Create and oversee performances, productions and exhibitions that showcase student talent.Champion the role of the Arts as a vital part of Carey's holistic education.
QualificationsExcellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to Carey's values of care, respect and growth.Strong organisational and time management skills.The ability to demonstrate initiative.A collaborative mindset.A commitment to ongoing professional development and leadership growth.A valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is a requirement of employment in this position.
