The Role
We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead the culture and performance of our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be a highly effective operations manager with a proven background in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieving sales targets and meeting budgetary goals.
* Managing and motivating a sales team.
* Working within the annual business plan to achieve budgets.
* Implementing an annual sales and marketing planner.
* Creating business opportunities with the local corporate market.
* Delivering an exceptional product to members.
Requirements
* Desire to create a fun and vibrant club culture.
* Extensive club management experience (essential).
* Results‐driven and outcome focused.
* Experience managing staff and budgets.
* Passion for health and fitness.
* Sales management experience essential.
