As a Site Supervisor's trusted assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our infrastructure project in Townsville. We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Crew Leader to manage daily tasks and promote a strong safety culture on site.

* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project targets safely and efficiently
* Coordinate on-site machinery and subcontractor activities to ensure seamless operations
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a crew in daily civil construction tasks and ensuring adherence to work plans
* Working closely with the Site Supervisor to deliver targets safely and efficiently
* Coordinating on-site machinery and subcontractor activities
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Leading Hand or Crew Manager on civil projects
* A strong understanding of general civil works, especially in bulk earthworks and road construction
* A valid White Card (Construction Induction) and operating tickets (e.g. Excavator, Roller, Loader)
