Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toowoomba, QLD, for a Commercial Property Manager. Qualifications
* Property Management expertise, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property inspections
* Strong organizational, time management, and budget preparation skills
* Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance for commercial property management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using property management software and technology applications
* Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify strategies to enhance property value
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
