Private Butler

We are seeking a poised and personable Private Butler to join our team; someone who thrives in creating highly tailored experiences and building genuine connections with our most discerning and high‐profile guests. The role is key in creating unforgettable experiences from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
* Ensure delivery of the Park Hyatt promise and provide professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.
* Demonstrate working knowledge across multiple departments, including concierge, housekeeping, and in‐room dining, with flexibility to support as required.
* Coordinate bespoke services, experiences, and amenities with grace, discretion, and efficiency.
* Act as the single point of contact for VIP and high‐profile guests throughout their stay.
* Oversee room inspections, personalise setups, and ensure preferences are honoured.
* Offer service that is intuitive and anticipatory, adapting to the guest's needs before they are expressed.
* Possess proficiency in the duties and tasks of housekeeping, concierge, and in‐room dining roles to adapt to the specifications of these positions when required or delegated by management.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in luxury hospitality or butler service preferred.
* Exceptional organisation and time‐management skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Sydney's premium restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.
* Current NSW RSA Certification.
* Proficiency in Opera PMS favorable.
