Senior Pharmacist - Medication Safety

About the role
Join our district wide pharmacy team and drive safer medication practices across Western NSW. This role leads key Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) and medication safety initiatives, working with clinicians, Directors of Pharmacy and key governance committees.
What You'll Do
* Review and develop medication guidelines and policies
* Lead QUM audits and reporting
* Provide expert advice on medication safety
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the district
* Contribute to committees including District DTC
What We're Looking For
* Registered pharmacist with strong experience in complex healthcare settings
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in audit processes, policy development and digital health systems
* Strong commitment to medication safety and quality improvement
