We have some great opportunities for full-time Parts Interpreters and Trainees, to join our growing team. The positions are full-time and based in Maroochydore and Caloundra.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate with the Service Department to ensure the correct parts are supplied, allocated and that stock levels are maintained and readily available to service our customer orders.
Role Responsibilities include, (full training provided for trainees):
* Administration and data base stock management
* Managing stock, picking and assigning orders as required
* Providing parts advice for service and repairs
* Customer interaction - providing top-notch quality customer service
* Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions, advising pricing and warranty expectations
* Managing parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes
* Building and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business
About You:
* Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, orfor Trainees - a keen desire to learn
* Computer skills and tech savvy
* Customer service confidence and experience preferred. For Trainees - an appetite to learn what a quality customer service experience means
* Mechanically minded
* Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control and inventory management preferred - or for Trainees - a preference for this environment
* Physically fit for regular lifting and moving of parts and accessories
* Reliable and committed to a full-time role
* Well-presented and proud of your professionalism
* Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Solution focused and highly organised
* Certificate III in Automotive Sales – Parts Interpreting (AUR31020) will be highly regarded for experienced Parts Interpreters
