About the role
Family First General Practice is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (VR GP) to join our friendly and supportive medical team in Canberra, ACT. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for a GP looking to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the local community.
What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive, high-quality and patient-centered general practice services
* Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
* Collaborating with allied health professionals and specialists to ensure coordinated care
* Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
* Actively participating in continuing medical education and professional development
* Supporting the practice's quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
What we're looking for
* Fully registered and Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP or equivalent)
* Minimum 1 year experience as a General Practitioner
* Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse range of medical conditions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centered care
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Proficient in the use of medical software and technology

65% of receipts or billing generated. minimum guarantee for 3 months negotiable
