The Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay is located within the Bunbury Iconic Silos Building. The hotel backs onto Koombana Bay Beach and is surrounded by lush gardens, a tennis court and has its own swimming pool and spa,
We are currently looking for experienced bar and wait staff capable of bringing his or her knowledge to our team in order to constantly improve the quality of our services and products.
Qualification Required: RSA and a big advantage if you have your approved manager licence.
Experience: At least 1 year experience working within a busy bar/restaurant.
Day-to-day tasks and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Setting up workstations.
Checking in our guests and seating them.
Ensuring great presentation by being well dressed and wearing a big smile.
Monitoring that the customers orders are met and delivered in a timely manner.
Liaising and working with the head Chef to ensure the safe and efficient production of food.
Offering great customer service and being competant in making cocktails

Pay: $30.13 per hour
Expected hours: 7.6 - 28. per week
