Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional service to customers purchasing Lotto products, syndicates, and associated retail items.
* Operate the Tatts terminal system to process lottery tickets, check results, and issue payouts.
* Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including balancing tills and reconciling sales.
* Ensure compliance with Tatts Lotto requirements (ID checks, responsible play messaging, licensing conditions).
* Promote syndicate entries and upsell complementary products to enhance customer experience.
* Assist with general store operations, including restocking, tidiness, and merchandising of Tatts Lotto promotional materials.
* Report any technical, security, or compliance issues promptly to the Store Manager/Owner.
* Support team members and contribute to a positive, safe workplace.

* Previous retail or lotto agency experience (desirable, but not essential – training provided).
