Job Title: Transformational Change Manager
Maersk H2S Safety Services is a leading provider of safety services in the offshore oil and gas industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformational Change Manager to lead and manage our transformation and strategy initiatives.

We are looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in transformational change management, strategic planning, or related fields. Your technical background or interest gives you an edge in understanding the complex challenges of the industries we serve.
You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement across all areas of the business. You will also develop and lead the execution of strategic projects and initiatives that deliver measurable results.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our transformation and strategy initiatives, leading the charge in optimizing operations and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement our strategies that enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and performance
2. Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement across all areas of the business
3. Develop and lead the execution of strategic projects and initiatives that deliver measurable results
4. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress of transformational initiatives
5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leaders, functional leaders, and external partners
6. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in transformational change management or strategic planning within a complex organization.
* Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that deliver measurable results.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
