Pre Departure Services Consultant APT Travel Group
About Us
The APT Travel Group has an outstanding reputation in the travel industry for delivering 5-star customer service to our industry partners.
With over 90 years' experience, we deliver life enriching journeys to our valued guests.
We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to join our team in continuing to set the benchmark in the industry.
The Role
Based in our head office in Moorabbin, your role as a Pre Departure Services Consultant is to coordinate all documentation and procedures required for our passengers' upcoming tours.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Issuing Passenger Documentation
Packing Merchandise
Moving Stock
Ad Hoc Administration
Taking Payments
Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls
Collecting Personal Data
Assisting reservations team with queries
Assisting Travel Agents with queries (email and phone calls)
About You
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
An understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable
Excellent attention to detail is a must
A willingness to learn and aid other departments
An ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
