Fraser Motorcycle Group'shave an exciting long term career advancing opportunity for 2 qualified Motorcycle Technicians (2 Positions available) to join our highly respected and collaborative team at our new state of art Motorcycle Smash Repair centre located in North Parramatta in November 2024.

Our technicians are leaders in their field with a management team that supports and mentor's employees instilling our commitment to develop our technicians to the highest industry standards, with a defined focus on safety, fix it right, first time attitude and process driven, the work environment is collaborative, and no two days are the same.
To be considered you will be a Trade Qualified Motorcycle Technician with strong exposure and a willingness to work on all brands of Motorcycles.
Working hours Monday to Friday 07.30am to 4.00pm.
Excellent annual salary on offer based on your technical & mechanical skills level and experience.
Requirements:
* Trade Qualified Motorcycle technician with strong all-round Motorcycle brand exposure.
* Prior Motorcycle Smash repairs experience highly advantageous.
* Willing to work across all brands of Motorcycles on a daily basis.
* Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, Gear boxes, body parts and other components.
* Repairing and replacing accident damaged parts and reassembling mechanical components to manufacturers exact specifications.
* Identifying and diagnosing faults in engines and parts including electrical faults.
* Test and adjust mechanical parts after being repaired for optimum performance.
* Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies.
* A Fix it Right, First Time, mentality.
* A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality workmanship.
* A Desire to learn and develop your technical/mechanical ability.
* Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find.
* Excellent communication skills oral & written.
* Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused
* Forklift licence (LF) is highly desirable.
* A Current Full Unrestricted Motorcycle License
* Applicants must have full Australian work rights & associated visa/PR or Australian citizenship.
