**Your key duties and responsibilities**:
- Undertake repair, refurbish, and adjustment of products
- Perform appropriate inspections for current coming products or RA returns.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Provide assistance to IQC/Tech Support Supervisor
- Liaise with call center and spare parts, answering customer calls or attend onsite customers at reception.
- Complete and submit appropriate work records
- Provide technical training to call center
- Provide technical knowledge and technical assistance to call center and customers
- Work directed by Technical Support Supervisor
- Perform a detail product testing (include new product and competitor's product)
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Other office related jobs
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Tertiary Qualification - Electronics and Communications
- Industry and product knowledge
- Good customer service skills
- Positive and helpful work attitude
- Will provide training
**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
