About the Roles
Working under our experienced Head Chef, you’ll play an integral part in delivering consistently high-quality dishes that showcase creativity, technique, and fresh local ingredients. We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to contribute to a passionate and professional kitchen team.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the level of your role (Commis/Cook), responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of modern Vietnamese fusion dishes
- Supporting section chefs and learning new techniques in a hands-on environment
- Managing your designated section efficiently (for Chef de Partie roles)
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following health & safety regulations
- Monitoring food stock and assisting with stock rotation
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen operations
- Contributing to a positive and respectful kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For 
- Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery)
- 1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (more for Demi/CDP roles)
- A passion for food, especially Asian and Vietnamese-inspired cuisine
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Full Australian work rights (citizen, PR, or valid visa)
