WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Conduct comprehensive assessments
* Develop treament plans
* Provide therapy and interventions
* Hybrid mobile and in clinic work - largely hybrid
* Run and set up your own service while building your own case load
* Engage and communicate effectively with aged care residents
* Join and work in a collaborative team where everyone is connected and valued
ABOUT YOU
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration
* Full working rights in Australia
* While experience is desirable, it's not essential - enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
* Love a company that prioritises a supportive culture and values their staff
* Previous experience in an Aged Care environment is HIGHLY favourable
