Position Details
Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
Availability: Monday – Friday, with 7:00am starts preferred
Location: Traveling across the West Tamar region, from Riverside to Greens Beach
What You’ll Do
* Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
* Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
* Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
* Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
* Record visit notes using our simple mobile app
What You’ll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) for qualified roles
* Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
* First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
* National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
* A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients
What You’ll Get
* $32.86 – $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
* Flexible part-time shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Travel allowance: $0.99/km + daily mobile allowance
